What CloudVerdict™ is for
Comparing the cost of object storage for workloads you are responsible for, as part of your own business decisions.
You must not
Share your account. A subscription belongs to one person. You must not share your sign-in details, let anybody else use your account, or buy a subscription to be used by somebody other than you. A company wanting several people buys several subscriptions.
Resell what you are shown. You must not resell, sublicense, or provide CloudVerdict™ results as a service to others. Using a result in your own advice to your own client is fine; putting CloudVerdict™ behind a product you charge for is not.
Scrape, or automate around the interface. You must not use automated means to extract prices, results, or provider data at scale, bypass the limits of your tier, or make more requests than a person using the product would.
Copy the pricing data out as a dataset. The comparison is yours to use. The compiled pricing data behind it is not yours to extract and redistribute as a dataset of its own.
Interfere with the service. No attempt to gain unauthorised access, to reach another subscriber's data, to probe or test security without our written permission, to introduce malicious code, or to disrupt availability.
Misrepresent what a result is. You must not present a CloudVerdict™ result as a quotation, an offer, or a price any provider has agreed. It is an estimate built from published list prices, and it should be described as one.
Use it unlawfully. No use that breaks the law, infringes anybody's rights, or breaches an agreement you have with a cloud provider.
Security testing
We welcome security reports. Please email security@apexedgesalesengineering.com before testing anything, and never test against another subscriber's account or data.
If this policy is breached
We may suspend or end access under the Subscription Terms. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. Where a breach is serious, or continuing, or unlawful, we may act immediately.

Report suspected misuse to legal@apexedgesalesengineering.com, or a security problem to security@apexedgesalesengineering.com.
