Every PDF carries the Made with CloudVerdict™ footer, on every tier. What CloudVerdict™ produces is our intellectual property and carries our brand. We do not put a subscriber's logo, name, or mark on anything the product renders or exports, on any tier and at any price.
Unlimited edits and re-runs apply to a use case once created, on every tier. The allowance counts new use cases, not work done on them.
Tax
All prices are exclusive of tax. Sales tax and VAT are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is taken. Where a sale is made to a consumer rather than a business, prices are shown inclusive of tax as UK and EU rules require.
Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited is the merchant of record. No merchant of record service stands between us and the subscriber. Tax is calculated and collected through Stripe Tax.
A business in the EU with a valid VAT registration number may be reverse charged, in which case the number is validated and reported rather than tax being collected on it.
Changing a price
We may change the price of a tier on at least 30 days' notice. A tier has one price and it applies to everyone on that tier.
- A monthly subscription moves to a new price once that notice has run.
- A yearly subscription moves at its next renewal. A year already paid is not re-priced part way through.
Notice is given to the email address held on the subscription. Cancelling before a new price takes effect means paying the old one for the rest of the period already paid for.
What a subscription is
A subscription belongs to one person. There are no shared accounts, no seats bought on somebody else's behalf, and no central billing. A company wanting several people buys several subscriptions, and each of those people contracts with Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited themselves.
Minimum term, cancellation, and refunds
A paid subscription runs for a minimum term, stated at the point of purchase and applying to the subscription being bought.
- Cancelling after the minimum term: the remainder of what has been paid is refunded.
- Cancelling inside the minimum term: nothing is refunded.

Neutrality
No provider pays for placement, for inclusion, or for its position in a result. Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited receives no payment, commission, referral fee, or other consideration from Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or any reseller of them, in connection with CloudVerdict™.
The only money CloudVerdict™ collects is the subscription. The provider costs a comparison shows never pass through Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited: they are estimates of what a provider would charge that subscriber directly, under that subscriber's own account with that provider. CloudVerdict™ does not bill, resell, or take a margin on any provider's charges.
